SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Once your parcel has been shipped a member of Redfish Kids will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase along with a tracking number for your package.

Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in stock due to order fulfillment from multiple locations. If for such reasons we are unable to complete your order, a Redfish Kids sales associate will notify you via e-mail within one business day of this occurrence and at that time you will be reimbursed in full for your purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For Basic and Priority deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500 a customer signature may be required at delivery.

Redfish Kids Clothing currently ships worldwide. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
