Redfish Kids Clothing wants you to be 100% thrilled with all your purchases!

If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, all un-worn and tagged regular priced items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, back on to the original form of payment, when original receipt is provided. Exchanges or store credits will be given for purchases returned within 30 days.

Price adjustments will be honoured within one week of original purchase date, for store credit only. All sale items are considered a ‘Final Sale’ and are not returnable.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS 

To return an item, simply email us at info@redfishkids.com to request a pre-paid return shipping label. Pre-paid return shipping labels will only be applicable for regular priced items.

With your package please include: 

  • A note explaining why you are returning the merchandise.
  • Your name, and order number. 

If you are located within the United States, please ship all items back to the address below. Please be sure to include with the package, the receipt for shipping, as we will reimburse the shipping cost back on to the original form of payment, once the package has arrived. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or original shipping charges.

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package. We suggest that you keep record of the return tracking number. You may include the shipment notification email as your proof of purchase.
